Adaptors
The power points in your room operate on 240 volts (AC 50 cycles). Adaptors are available from the Reception for overseas conversion. (subject to availability)

Cots and High Chairs are available for hire. Please contact Reception to arrange deliveries.

For a small fee, a complete range of business services are available including photocopying, facsimile and word processing. Please contact Reception for more information.
Car Parking
Undercover car parking is available for guests with access via the driveway of the property. Leisure InnHospitality Management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles parked in this facility.
Keys
Please remember to take your keys with you at all times and ensure you lock all your doors and
windows when leaving your apartment for security purposes. Lost or unreturned keys will attract a fee of $100 per key.
Loss and Damages
All apartments are fully equipped with a standard inventory. Please report any breakages, missing items or damaged property on arrival. The cost of replacement or repair on any items broken or damaged is the responsibility of the guest. For lost property enquire at Reception.
Maintenance
Please contact Reception should there be any items requiring our attention.
Reception Hours
Reception is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Mondays to Fridays, 10:00am to 4:00pm on weekends and Public Holidays. Should you be departing outside of these hours, please settle your account with Reception the evening prior to departure, and leave your keys in the lockbox located outside of the reception office.
Smoking
For the benefit of all guests, smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.
Tour Bookings
For information on a wide number of tours that operate in this area, please contact Reception who will be happy to organize all your tour bookings for you. Tours range from horse riding, eco treks, rock climbing, Jenolan Cave tours and more.
Check-Out Time
We ask you to vacate your room by 10:00am on the day of departure. For special arrangements or extensions, please contact Reception. A late departure may be available, however a late check out may incur an additional charge. Should you be leaving prior to 8:00am on the day of your departure, please contact Reception the day prior to settle any accounts and arrange key collection.
Cheques
Bank cheques are welcome, however business or personal cheques are only accepted with prior approval from Management.
Luggage Storage
We will happily assist you with same day baggage storage. Please contact Reception
Umbrellas
For days of inclement weather umbrellas are available from Reception. Upon issue a $20 bond
deposit will be added to your account and again credited back to you on return of the umbrella
