- Is parking space available at the hotel and how much does it cost?
The hotel provides free undercover secure parking.
- What is your cancellation and amendment policy?
Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival and this applies to individual bookings. Reservations amendments will be subject to availability of any change made to the booking, either by dates or room types.
- Are extra beds or baby cots available and is there a charge?
The Extra Bed charge is at $50.00 per night inclusive of GST, this is a fold out sofa, available in one and two bedroom units only. A Baby Cot is available at $10.00 per night inclusive of GST.
- What form of payments do Park Regis and Leisure Inn accept?
Payment in cash and credit cards are accepted. Payment by credit cards incur a service merchant bank fee.
- How do I make a reservation for large groups?
All enquiries for groups are quoted based on availability and must be placed in writing addressed to spires@leisureinnhotels.com.
- Is there any booking fee or deposit when booking online
A credit card guarantee is required to hold all bookings placed either by phone or on our online Hotel website.
- Can I arrange an early check in and late check out?
Early check in and Late check out are subject to availability.
- What transfers are available from the airport?
Travelling by train is the only option to get to the airport (timetables are available from reception).
- How far is the hotel away from local attractions and railway stations?
Leura station is directly opposite the hotel and departures for Sydney are hourly.
- How do I make special requests during my stay?
Please contact Hotel Reception for any requests or requirements you may have during your stay.
- How do I book on a flexible rate/corporate rate?
